This is for you.
You'll fill out a comprehensive questionnaire about your current running your training, history, goals, and struggles.
We jump on a proper one-to-one call where we:
I'll build you a structured, day-by-day training plan tailored to how many days per week you run. This is YOUR plan for YOUR current reality.
I believe in the K.I.T. principle of keeping in touch, though the Dead Zone Fix audit is not the same level of feedback runners get in my Evergreen Accelerator program. Each week, you will have the opportunity to give me feedback, and I will make adjustments to the plan.
You can ask questions within the Evergreen Endurance runner Hub if you ever are unsure or stuck.
You'll get custom videos created specifically for YOUR plan, plus access to my training library covering specific techniques and everyday challenges. These aren't generic videos; they're practical guides for executing YOUR plan properly.
A personalised strength training program via our app that will help you avoid injuries while applying the principles of MicroStrength training.
At the end of the month, we review your progress, what worked, what didn't, and what comes next.
This isn't another training plan you download and hope for the best.
The gap between having a plan and implementing it correctly is where most runners stay stuck.
This closes that gap.

Life happens. The plan is structured but flexible. We'll discuss your real-world constraints in our initial call.
Yes, a weekly feedback form is sent out, and I review it and make changes and adjustments to the plan. What's different from my 1-1 program is I don't give 1-1 feedback on that feedback form.
Perfect. That's what the review call is for: to assess if you're ready to continue independently or would benefit from more support. No obligation either way.
If you're an older endurance runner (typically 40+) experiencing plateau, injury patterns, or frustration with your current approach, this is built for you - whether you're running 5Ks or ultras.
The Dead Zone Fix Audit - Because every lone wolf needs a guide.
Not sure if you need complete coaching, but know there's a gap between your training and your results?
